A very simple to make dill mayo dip for fries, chips and veggies. Made with 4 simple ingredients that you probably have in your house, and an explosion of flavour.
- Lemon Juice
We like to add Red Pepper Flakes as well to get a bit of spice in the dip, but that is totally optional.
Make sure to make the dip at least 30 minutes (but 1 hour is best) ahead of eating so that the flavours have a chance to come out.
- 1 cup Mayo
- 2 tsp Dill
- 2 cloves Garlic, minced
- 2 tsp Lemon Juice
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes (optional)
- Salt, to taste
- Mix all ingredients and incorporate well.
- Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving.
Will keep for up to 5 days in a sealed container.
