We’re Kylee and Mark, two chefs who have been cooking together for over 15 years. From our time in Culinary school and travels through 40 countries, we’ve learned important cooking skills and countless delicious recipes.

And we want to share our passion for food, to help you become a better cook and have more fun in the kitchen.

We’ll share with you only what matters, from simple culinary tips and kitchen hacks, to carefully crafted recipes. And we’ll do our best to keep things simple and straight to the point.

We know what it’s like to search for a recipe online and have to read the entire life story of the author while trying to find the actual recipe. After dealing with this issue too many times, and asking our friends what they want to see, we’re leaving all that nonsense out.

You want a recipe, not an essay on how we developed it. So aside from anything important that relates directly to the food and the ingredients themselves, you’ll get what you came for.

Speaking of ingredients, the quality of what is put in is crucial to the quality of the finished dish. Whenever possible, opt for the best product you can. But at the same time, you’re not cooking for money; you’re cooking for yourself, your friends and your family.

Don’t sweat it if you can’t access or afford a certain ingredient, this is why we’ve included substitutions wherever possible.

Cooking shouldn’t be stressful. Cooking should be fun.
